We will never do anything to damage or degrade your original image - everything we do is done on copy images.
If we cannot do what you want - we will tell you straight away.
If we are unsuccessful you pay for nothing except return postage for your original.
We will keep your original images secure and never use them for any unauthorised purpose.
 
We will never undertake any work without first telling you exactly what the final cost - including return postage will be.

You will appreciate that in many cases it is not possible to give accurate costs without first seeing the actual image, we can however give a few basic guidelines:-

Costs for renovating or restoring a photographic image up to A4 size starts at £15.00 depending on the size of the original and on the amount of remedial work required - the maximum we would charge for such work is £60.00, this would be for a seriously damaged image.
This includes a like sized print of the reworked original and return postage.

The cost of producing a digital image from a standard 2"x"2 mounted slide or 35mm negative is 25p per image. This includes a minimal amount of enhancement including spot, blemish and dust mark removal. (The cost for larger images is 30p).
Digital images of photographs start at 15p each. In both instances there is a minimum charge of £8.00 to cover the CD or DVD, and return postage and packaging costs (originals returned by 'Signed For' post). The minimum charge will also include the first 10 slides or prints copied.
Eg to copy 100 slides to digital would cost £8.00 + 90 slides at 25p  
Total Cost £30.50
100 prints to digital £8-00 + 90 prints at 15p
Total Cost £21.50

The cost of producing prints on any medium; be it aluminium, acrylic, canvas or photographic paper varies considerably depending on the size, quality and material. As a very basic guide we charge £1.20 for an A4 size print on photographic quality paper, 60p for A5 and 30p for A6.

Scanned images will be in JPEG format (TIFF at small extra cost) and depending on the quality of the original should be suitable for printing to A4 size. We can offer discounts for large collections of slides and photographs and will be happy to quote on request.

Our charges for digital enhancement and manipulation will depend on the amount of work required, this can range from simple removal of 'red-eye' from a digital image to complex colour conversions and full enhancement of a large image.
