If you are interested in finding out more about what we can
do for you and the cost, then please contact us. You are under no commitment whatsoever and our advice is always
given freely and willingly. There is a link at the bottom of every page which takes you straight to our 'Contact
Us' page.
As soon as we have ascertained your requirements and discussed the options with you; we
will ask you to send us the image/s you want us to work on. You will find a down-loadable order form link below
and on our 'contact us' page, alternatively we can email you a copy.

If you have printed images
or photographic negatives, send them to us securely placed between two pieces of thick card in a large envelope clearly
marked 'PLEASE DO NOT BEND' on both sides. The envelope should be sent by 'Signed
For' or 'Special Next day' delivery*. Always write the envelope BEFORE
putting the image inside to avoid pen lines and NEVER send us any glass, frames or
mounts by post, if the glass breaks it will damage your original picture.
Slides should be securely
packed in boxes and sent as above.
If you have a digital image you can send it to us by email providing
your service provider allows the transfer of large files or you are able to send a compressed file.
Alternatively
we can accept uncompressed images on CD, DVD or USB memory sticks. We can also take images from most types
of camera memory card but you must be aware that we cannot guarantee the integrity of images or of the card itself.
If the card is corrupt we will do all we can to retrieve the images however you could lose them permanently. Memory cards
and USB sticks should be well wrapped to prevent bending or breakage in the post On completion of the work we
will send your copied images together with an invoice for our services. By retaining your originals we can quickly make any
changes you may want. Your invoice can be paid by cheque or by visiting our 'contact us' page (see
above) and making payment by clicking on the Paypal payment button. Once payment is received by
us your original images will be returned to you. Our system is designed so that your original image is returned to you
in a separate package to the copies and is posted on a different day. This significantly reduces the chances of
both sets being lost or damaged in the postal system . If you do not wish to
accept our charges we will pack your images and return to you without delay.
* Please Note: Royal Mail 'Signed For' only shows that your package was delivered and provides maximum compensation
of £46.00. You should always consider sending valuable collections and treasured photographs by 'Special
Delivery Next Day' you can then decide what level of consequential loss compensation you wish to set up to £2500.
Remember that your photographs are priceless to you and no amount of financial compensation will make good their permanent
loss or destruction. We will return all items by '1st Class Signed For' delivery unless you request and meet the cost
of added compensation. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage of any kind; incurred while
you items are in the postal system.
